Upon completion of the Diesel Generator Applications Engineering – Part 1 course, you will receive 3 CPD Credits under validation number SAIEE-2236-V.

Application Technicians, Engineers and Consultants need to have a good understanding of all performance aspects related to the emergency generator set and the power characteristics of the facilities connected loads to ensure that the most cost-effective and reliable emergency power plant
selection is done.

This course will provide the participant with the necessary information to determine the facility load and to select the correct application and size of the emergency generator set. The participant will also be able to prepare an electrical concept drawing, perform a site survey and determine the bill of
quantities for the proposed project.
